Don't rush my childhood

We came across this image the other day and it really hit home with us. It reminded us of the very core of our product and why we believe in tiny toes ballet. It is so developmentally accurate and everything our tiny toes programme is built upon.

It's not always easy understanding your little ones behaviours but when we start to delve into the whys and hows, we can stop and consider it from their perspective.

Emma Morgan, our founder and director says "When I founded Tiny Toes Ballet, I was determined to find a way to combine the enormous benefits ballet brings with my belief that children learn best when they are given space to explore their imaginations. I wanted to find a way to harness that natural desire to dance that I saw in my son, but in a way that fostered confidence, learning and above all, joy.”

Childhood is precious and we should embrace that.  Our tiny toes sessions are designed to encourage creativity and independent thinking. In an ever-changing world, the ability to adapt and think creatively is essentialBy 2020 'Creativity' will be one of the top three skills required by every employee.

Take a read of each milestone. Are these things you recogonise in your own little one?
