Tap shoes: order same size as outdoor shoe size.

All our merchandise is bespoke and therefore takes time to add logo designs, embroidery and personalisation. Depending on when you place your order, it will be available to collect from class during the second half of each term, or at the start of the following term.

The 'Limited Edition Christmas Hoodies' will be on our shop to order until 1st November. They are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, unless faulty. They will be delivered to our classes on 6th December.

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
• Any Item that has been worn.
• Any item that has wear or scruff marks.
• Any item returned 14 days after delivery.
• Personalised items cannot be returned.

All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging or a refund/exchange will not be issued.

Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once item is received back.

We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
