Miss Gaby trained and performed with the Royal Ballet. She had a career in West End musicals appearing in lead roles in thirteen smash hit shows and is a dancer in the Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Phantom of the Opera movies. For seventeen years, she was Principal of a children's performing arts school in London, making it the largest part-time performing arts school in West London. Miss Gaby came home to Essex in 2022 and opened Tiny toes ballet here introducing little ones to ballet in a way that she never had at the Royal Ballet, making classes unique and fun.
