tiny toes ballet Refund Policy

If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us on 07407 348773 or via email on [email protected]. We will be more than happy to assist you .

Due to the age of the children in the tiny toes classes, it usually takes a child around 3-4 weeks to settle into the class and get used to their new surroundings and their children's ballet class. The 6- week course will therefore give them plenty of time to get used to their teacher/ environment so that you can decide whether the children's ballet class is beneficial for them.

We do offer a 2-week trial policy. If a new customer books a term of classes, and after the first two classes, they would like a refund, we will honour this. A refund will be made for the remaining classes of that term. Apart from this two-week trial policy on termly classes, all tiny toes ballet class fees are non-refundable.

For all regular customers, we ask for at least 3 weeks' notice, if you will not be re-booking for the next term's classes.

In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary for the teacher to cancel a tiny toes ballet class. If this happens, you will be notified with as much notice as possible by phone. A full refund will be given and/or an alternative class offered.

For all bespoke children's ballet merchandise purchases you may return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts; any item that has been worn; any Item that has wear or scuff marks; any item that is not returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised tiny toes ballet Items cannot be returned. All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging or a refund/ exchange will not be issued. Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once the item is received back. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for the return postage or the cost.

They may also be used in other printed publications that we produce, as well as on our website. Please let us know if you do not want your child to be included in these photographs or short recordings.
