Oonagh Phelan

Miss Oonagh attended ballet class throughout her childhood, at her mother's ballet school in Enfield.   Oonaghs's mum was a professional ballet dancer in the mid 20th century and even did ballet class with Margot Fonteyn!  Oonagh studied French and Drama at university and has worked in book publishing in London as well as in investment management in Cambridge.  But she never stopped dancing! She qualified to teach ballet in her twenties, and has run ballet schools ever since, alongside her business career, and continually training in the most up to date methods of ballet education. As well as running tiny toes ballet Cambridge, Oonagh runs a separate dance school for older children - Bourn to Dance (bourntodance.co.uk), offering ballet and contemporary dance to children, teenagers and adults.  When your little one finishes the tiny toes programme, they can move on to a ballet class taught by Oonagh in central Cambridge on Saturdays.
