Over the past few weeks, we’ve hosted two fantastic regional teacher training days – one in Staffordshire in January and another in Milton Keynes last week. Franchisees and teachers travelled from across the UK to join us, coming together with one shared purpose: to keep raising the bar for children’s ballet classes nationwide.
In Staffordshire, we focused on progression through the tiny toes ballet stages, ensuring that every child develops appropriately for their age and ability.
We know how important it is that learning is structured and aligned with development milestones. We explored the EYFS curriculum, looked at effective planning, and discussed the clarity of language used in class so that both parents and pupils fully understand the learning outcomes.
It was a thoughtful, collaborative day – full of shared ideas, professional reflection and a collective passion for delivering outstanding children’s ballet experiences.
Our Milton Keynes training continued that momentum. Tiny toes ballet Head Office is fully committed to ongoing support, growth and progression. We invest continuously in our network because we know that when our franchisees thrive, so do the children in their classes.

Milton Keynes was also extra special as we were joined by the newest little member of tiny toes ballet from tiny toes ballet Essex Mid and South – a wonderful reminder that our network is not just professional, but personal too. We are a community that celebrates milestones together, both in and out of the studio.
