We have some truly exciting news to share… tiny toes ballet has been named Business of the Year at the Business Growth Awards South & Mid Wales 2026!
This award recognises businesses that demonstrate exceptional growth, innovation and impact, making it an incredibly special achievement for everyone involved with tiny toes ballet. From our passionate teachers and dedicated franchisees to the families who attend our classes each week, this award belongs to the entire tiny toes community.
Our founder, Miss Emma, attended the awards ceremony alongside Georgina Lewindon from Glew Marketing, who worked with tiny toes ballet when the ballet franchise first launched. Georgie played a key role in developing our early marketing materials, helping to shape the brand that so many families now know and love. It was a wonderful moment to celebrate together – a perfect example of women supporting women in business!
Winning Business of the Year highlights the growth of our ballet franchise, which continues to expand across the UK. Today, thousands of little dancers attend our children’s dance classes every week, building confidence, coordination and creativity through ballet-inspired fun. When accepting the award, Miss Emma said:
“I started tiny toes ballet 15 years ago with just a small class on a Saturday morning, really wanting to help children feel confident and learn in a creative way that would develop a love of dance, joy and learning.
With International Women’s Day coming up, it feels even more special to reflect on how tiny toes grew from that original passion. Fifteen years later, I still feel that same passion deep down every day as I run the company, and that makes me really proud.
We now have 21 franchisees across the UK, and I’m proud to empower them to share the same passion and integrity.”

The Swansea Bay Business Awards
This exciting achievement follows another recent honour earlier this year. At the Swansea Bay Business Awards, tiny toes ballet was awarded Highly Commended in the SME Business of the Year category. We were selected as one of just three finalists in this category, which recognises innovation, growth and excellence among small and medium-sized enterprises across South and West Wales.
The awards ceremony took place at the end of January and it was a fantastic evening celebrating alongside our wonderful South Wales franchisees. Moments like these remind us just how far tiny toes ballet has come and how strong our community is.
We are so proud of everyone who is part of tiny toes ballet and incredibly grateful to be recognised with these awards. The future is looking very exciting for tiny toes ballet!
