Delivery/ Collection

Our tiny toes ballet merchandise is bespoke and so takes time to add logo designs, embroidery and personalisation. Your order will be available to collect from class within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. We usually take merchandise orders during the first two weeks of every term.

You can see the status of your order by logging into your online tiny toes ballet account. You will be notified via email with status updates on your order. If you need to contact us regards your order, please go to your account and then select your local branch. You'll then see contact details for the tiny toes ballet teacher in your area.

Returns Policy

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We cannot accept returns of certain items. These include any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts. If an item has wear or scuff marks. If an item is returned 14 days after delivery. Personalised items cannot be returned.

All returned items must be in the original condition for a refund/ exchange to be issued. This includes all packaging. Refunds will be issued 5-10 days after the item is received back.
