Delivery/ Collection

Our merchandise is bespoke and therefore takes time to add logo designs, embroidery and personalisation. Depending on when you place your order, it will be available to collect from class within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. Each location usually takes merchandise orders during the first two weeks of every term.

You can see the status of your order by logging into your online account. You will be notified via email with status updates of your order. If you need to contact us regards your order, please go to your account and then select your local branch. You'll then see contact details.

Returns Policy

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts. Any item that has been worn. If an item has wear or scuff marks. If an item is returned 14 days after delivery. Personalised items cannot be returned.

All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging or a refund/ exchange will not be issued. Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once the item is received back.
